I totally understand how you feel and I have been there and felt the same way. I do not have scripture to refer to but I do know that working on seeking God first will allow everything else in your life to fall in place. God created you in His own Image and loves you very very much. Your purpose in life is to do the best you can do in everything that you do. Continue to seek God and He and only He will be able to answer your questions through you speaking openly to HIM and asking him to open your ears and eyes and to start loving who you are. Marriage,dating does not define who a person is. There are very many married but miserable people who wish they were single. Enjoy your life now and do not wish for something else. God has given you what you have so enjoy it and thank God and just learn to live in the present and let God take care of your tomorrows and fears, for He knows why he created you and will continue to take care of you. Keep your head up and smile and enjoy those things that you are blessed with and do your very best and give your all in whatever little things you do...for you are IMPORTANT in the eyes of God.

My best friend recently got married... and while im happy for her... we seem to be losing our connection and we were pretty close... i feel like i have no friends becauase all oif my friends i have met through her and i am not a very out going person.... also i feel like i dont know what my purpose or direction is... i feel stuck and unimportant... i moved away from home 3 years ago to a bigger city thinking it would be a start for me but all it has done is made me realize how small and minisqual my life really is.... im at the age where all my friends are either married or dating and are donig things together as couples and since i am not a couple i get left out of alot of things.. i know i shouldnt be making such a big deal out of such a small thing but for some reason it really bothers me and i cant seem to shake this feeling of unimportance... can u give me some scriptures that m8ight give me some hope or direction that someday i will feel loved enough by someone...
