what happens when a person's mind controls him all through as if you bound by thots specially when those tots do not seem normal that come to your mind. what in Jesus name is one supposed to do?

Think on These Things
8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, [1] whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9 Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.


please read these scriptures over and over again, always find scriptures to encourage yourself. these things that are not of God are of satan and we have to continue to read God's word so that we can get strong and not yeild to temptation.

Don't forget, that it is from the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks. So check what you allow yourself to see and hear and replace the input that opposes God with input that supports Him. This will change what is inside your heart. Replace the works of Satan in your heart with the works of God in your heart and your mind will fall in line.

honestly its a gradual step and you have to consciously fill your heart wuth the word of God. you could start up with a verse each week memorize it, let it sink deep, say it all the time, very soon that verse becomes part of you and when your mind starts wandering recite it meticulously and watch the word become flesh in you,.as it gradually traaansforms you by renewing your mind.

All the above replies are good,remember also Jesus was tempted, He also led a sinless life. Thoughts are not sin's, dont let satan tell you "if you can't control your thoughts, you are not a Christian". Pray and ask for help with your thought life,and take care what you let in through your eye's and ears. Read Rom 8:1
