Basically, The Bible is saying that the first six days are for working, but the seventh day should be a day of rest where we concentrate on the Lord in worship.

Please go to the web sight www.bible.com and read the daily devotion message each day. The bible is for interpretation, the more you read, the more you understand. Like the dictionary, you will not know or understand everything, but you can and possibly will receive wisdom and knowledge from it.

Exodus 31:15 is telling us that God has blessed us with 6 days to work and that on the Sabbath day that we should take that time out and give it all to Him. It said that we will surely die not meaning that we are going to die that instant because we worked or whatever on the Sabbath Day. The Sabbath day to us now is Sunday. Now that Jesus is here in the New Testament we have to go with the law of the land and work that day to make our living.

on a personal note, i think everyone interprits the Bible in there own way. what makes sence to me may not make sence to you, that is why we have to seek God for ourselves by praying for understanding before reading a scripture and after reading in. if you still don't understand,pray, meditate and have faith that God will help you interprit the scriptures for youself. a revelation will come with a little patience, and if you are trying to figure out which day you should make your sabath, saturday or sunday, well chose a day and give glory and honor to God!!

Your flesh does not need to understand what you are reading you are feeding your spirit which the more you read you will bring forward...

If you really want understanding just pray and ask God. There are too many interpretations of the Bible out there. God's says in all thy getting get an understanding. He wants you to be able to understand His Word. You just have to have a listening ear to hear what the Lord is saying unto you.

Praying for an answer isn't the only answer you have to seek for what you are lookin for and God will send you the answer. It's like a parent and a child. A good parent doesn't just give their child what they want just because they ask. Thats spoiling them. We want to know if the child really wants what they want enough to go after it. Even though we might have already gotten what they want for them. We have to show God that we really want the truth. He already has it prepared for us all we have to do is open ourselves up to recieve it. I've studied Revelation and Know what all the symbolism means and even why it's written the way it is.

I believe in God,He is everything to me , without Him I can not really do anything. The bible teaches,Hebrews 11:6 But without faith its impossible to plese him:for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.You have to get BORN AGAIN if you are not. You see , God is a spirit,and they that is after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. So then they that are in the flesh can not plese God. The natural man received not the things of the Spirit of God:for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. The Word of God is spiritual and its alive. you must be Born Again to really understand. An when you do, pray to God in "faith" for an understand and trust him and he will show you what he is saying to you. Start reading from the beginning and you will learn about God and what he expect. God 's word never change. I can go on and on about this but if you want to know about God's plan and understand His word, you must be Born Again first and read it in faith after that. Praise God

In the old testament there was a set day they had for worshipping God. In the new testament the bible tells us that God is Lord of the sabbath. God knows that we have jobs, many of us, flexible schedules. Whatever day you chose to serve God is fine. We are supposed to commune with Him on a daily basis anyway.

THE SEVENTH DAY IS SATURDAY. SO WE SHOULD WORSHIP AND PRAISE GOD ON THAT DAY AND EVERYDAY!!!!

Everyone who seriously loves God, will ask HIm to come into your life and ask Him to help you and He will give you understanding and wisdom the more time you spend with Him in truth... Basically everyday is the Lords Day and we love and honor and respect God as our Father for creating us and helping us to become like Him and to obey Him and want what He has for us.. He created us because He loves us.. but He gave us free will to choose to obey the right way..If we choose wrong things, bad things happen.. we all sinned and did wrong.. therefore God has no choice but to honor His own rules He made for everyone to follow... There are 3 ages.. the first age was long ago when God created everything and everyone.. the first earth age.. we were all in spiritual bodies.. this is where satan decided to rebel against God.. wanted what God has.. so He rebelled and one third of the angels followed him.. satan and his followers then also tempted mankind to rebel also... all of us humans sinned in some way also. .. and God had told us all from the beginning that if we sin, we will die.. the death we experienced was spiritual death.. God destroyed that first age and all of us .. He then made the second earth age which is what we are in right now.. to give us a chance to accept Him and regain life thru Him.. we are now in flesh bodies which will die.. but if we accept Christ, we then receive our spiritual bodies back and immortality once again which will be the third age and eternity.. in genesis and other places in the bible,the sin that GOd revealed to us that satan committed with adam and eve, is that he seduced eve to have sex with her to try to create satans race of offspring instead of Gods.. adam and eve committed sexual sin with satan.. the result of that sin was cain , who is the seed of satan.. and abel was the from the seed of adam..they were twins...In genesis 6.. the sons of God, which are the fallen angels, came down to earth and had sex with women to also create a hybrid of devils so to speak.. they were called nephelium.. they were the giants spoken of in the old testament and like goliath.. the giant that david killed... that is what the whole old testament is about.. how God used men to destroy these giants which are the offspring of the fallen evil angels..in the bible GOd says in the last days michael is going to kick satan out of heaven and onto the earth and the fallen angels or locusts are going to be released also to come back to the earth for 5 months to once again try to deceive man.. those who dont know Gods truth.. as in the days of Noah.. so shall the end be... read genesis 6.. these angels were marrying human women and wanting to again create offspring contrary to Gods plan.. humans are only to create with humans.. the angels are not to have sex with humans..humans have a fallen nature..because we all sinned.. when adam and eve sinned they hid from God because they were ashamed .. they sewed fig leaves and covered their private parts because they knew they were not supposed to have sex with anyone else .. the only way to regain our spiritual communication back with GOd is the ask Him.. we then give our fleshly lusts etc, desires of the worldly things to God to crucify.. we die to all these things and God renews our minds with HIs way of doing things. the battle is in our minds and we have to keep focused on God, read HIs word and talk with him continually to give us His will for our life and not what we want or follow our own emotions..if we follow our own flesh we will get off the path.. GOd knows the plans He has.. and we are to follow that. the devils spirit is still in this world and will try to get you to do things not in the will of GOd.. so read His word everday and ask HIm for wisdom, understanding and renewing your mind back to the way He originally made you... in the first age, we realized we sinned and asked God to forgive us..God knows who of us ultimately chose God and who of us chose to rebel against God in that first earth age.. so this second age is like a replay of what happened in that first age .. only we are in flesh bodies and God will destroy completely anyone who refuses to do the right way.. he still gives everyone a chance to turn from evil in this age.. those who saw the error of their ways in that first age will again choose God here in the second.. those who chose against Him are easily discerned in this second age by their actions.

Do not take the Sabbath Day likely, this is repeated throughout the Bible to keep the Sabbath and keep it Holy. That means for 24 hours you are to devote that time to Christ. It is during this time, that you become knowledgeable about Christ and His workings. In keeping the Sabbath, which means the more you commit to knowing Christ it will be easier for you to decipher between Him and a demonic spirit.

i didn't take the time to read all that was written here but i would like to tell you something paul the apostle said that one man esteems one day and another man esteems every day alike. in bible times there were different times for different things what we do and think today wasn't realized then. it is wonderful that you are seeking the LORD for yourself. i pray that you are in church where you can get spriritually fed ask someone in your bible study that's what they're there for. i'll keep you in prayer... and don't forget to pray and keep on seeking.
